SUBMISSION
INSTRUCTIONS

Please carefully follow the requirements below when preparing your initial manuscript:

  • The manuscript must be written in English.

  • Paper size: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), two-column format.

  • Length: between 4 and 6 pages.

  • Use either the Word or LaTeX template available on the Authors/Call for Papers page.

 

Manuscripts must be submitted through the Springer platform “Meteor” using the following link:

Authors must first register on Meteor. Once logged in, download the file Help+Guide+for+Author.pdf, which contains detailed submission instructions. In particular, refer to the section “Author Submitting Initial Paper to a Conference Project.”

Please ensure that all required information is entered correctly, the appropriate track or special session is selected, and the manuscript file is uploaded as specified.

After the initial submission, all manuscripts will undergo a blind peer-review process managed by the program, track, and special session chairs.

Upon acceptance, authors will be invited to submit a final version of the paper addressing the reviewers’ comments. The final manuscript should remain consistent in length and content with the initial submission, except for revisions made in response to reviewer feedback.
