GUIDELINE
S

The conference features oral presentation sessions only. Authors responsible for presenting papers are kindly requested to follow the instructions below:

  • All presentations must be delivered in English.

  • Presentation files must be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format and saved on a USB drive. The files must be named as “Paper_ID_XXX”.

  • If your presentation includes special formats (e.g., video content), we strongly recommend sending it in advance. Please use locally stored files rather than online sources.

  • Presentations must be provided in their final version. The conference does not offer facilities for on-site modifications.

  • Presentations must be uploaded to the computer provided in your assigned session room either half a day before your session, or no later than during the break preceding your session (i.e., up to 30 minutes before). All presenters will be able to check their presentations with the Chairs or the technical assistants.

  • To ensure smooth technical operation and avoid delays, the use of the conference computer is mandatory. Personal laptops should not be used.

  • To assist session chairs in introducing speakers, each presenter must prepare a short biography (max. 70 words) in a printed document.
